A truly humbling experience. When my fiancé said we had to go to here I was like "yeah whatever, it's not the Grand Canyon blah blah blah" and she said "you're right it's not the grand canyon" So we pull up to the first lookout and we made our way down the trail to the lookout and literally was at a loss for words, it was a natural high I can't explain. The way the sun was hitting the walls of the gorge which had some of the most beautiful markings, I'll always remember. If you go stay at the campground, very nice people. If you have children take them on the star gazing tour, you'll see stars you've never seen before due to the small amount of light pollution in the region. I'm a 29/m but this place made me feel like I was 10. Someday I'll take my children here.

We camped here for 4 days. It was very nice. I would recommend it. We never did find the shower facility.
